Regional Lead, Northwest Early Learning Coalition

Northwest Early Learning Coalition is seeking a Regional Lead to support coordination and facilitation of the five-county regional network part of Washington Communities for Children.

Position Type: Part-time, hourly

Employing Agency: This position will be filled through part-time, hourly employment OR as an organizational subcontract with First 5 FUNdamentals (F5F), the support agency to Northwest Early Learning Coalition (NWEL Coalition).

Initial Contract Period: October 2024 – June 2025. Contract renewal contingent on funding.

Compensation: This is a part-time hourly position not to exceed $1,800 per month, to be billed at an hourly rate of $45/hour estimated at 10 hours per week.

Family Access Program Manager

Child Care Aware of Washington (CCA of WA) is seeking a Family Access Program Manager to support families and caregivers of children ranging from infants to school age. Part of the Family Services team, this position will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to create a shared statewide process to develop a statewide coordinated recruitment and enrollment system.

Salary: $69,800 – $78,500

Child Health Services Consultant

The Child Health Services Consultant (HSC3) provides leadership, expertise, and consultation in early childhood health, safety, and development. Working alongside CHU and external partners, including statewide workgroups, you will help establish and implement strategies to improve local and statewide systems for early child development, screening, and interventions. Additionally, you will lead and facilitate the implementation of the Early Childhood Developmental Health Systems (ECDHS) initiative, focusing on improvements in early childhood developmental health, family well-being, and reducing disparities associated with childhood poverty for the prenatal-to-three population.

Salary: $5,117.00 - $6,876.00 Monthly

Location: Thurston County – Tumwater, WA, Remote Optional

Participants will engage in a collaborative environment to enhance care coordination, resource sharing, and workforce support.
